Whole Wheat Bread contains many more nutrients that white bread, as well as containing far higher amounts of fiber.  This fiber aids in digestion and makes you feel full for longer.  Fiber is also helps reduce your risk of stroke and heart attack.  So be sure to read your labels and stick to breads made with whole grains.
